Utility v3.1.3.3 is a maintenance update which primarily enables some features and changes for Darq Side patrons. Haroun clearly likes to wear many hats, though his favorite is sometimes a mystery. From here a small window will pop up with a list of current UIs in the uifiles folder: If unzipped correctly, the new UI should appear in your list and you can select it and load the skin.
